AI Products & Features.

Products designed around the model, not with AI added later.

Your situation

Your users keep asking for the feature an assistant would make obvious: ask the system a question, find the right record, draft the document, suggest the next item. Every vendor demo looks finished and every pilot stalls on accuracy, cost or trust.

What we do

We design the product around the model from the first line: an evaluation set built from your real cases before anything reaches a user, the model behind an adapter so it can be switched, the running cost modelled per thousand requests, and the controls a compliance team asks for built in rather than bolted on.

FAQ

What happens when the AI is wrong?

Confidence thresholds, human approval steps and an audit log are part of the design, not an upgrade. Nothing high-stakes is fully automatic unless you decide it should be.

What will an AI system cost to run each month?

We model token and infrastructure cost in the prototype sprint and give you a monthly range before you commit to a build. Runaway cost is a design failure, not a surprise.

Can we leave you?

Yes. Everything is yours at delivery, documented, with a handover. The architecture is model-agnostic so you are not locked to a provider either.
