AI Agents & Workflow Automation.

Automate the process. Keep the accountability.

Your situation

Work arrives in formats nobody chose: emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, photos in a messenger. People re-type it, match it, reconcile it and report on it. The volume grows faster than the team, and every hand-off is a place for an error to hide.

What we do

We map the process, decide with you what stays human, and build agents and workflows that do the rest: intake, classification, matching, reconciliation, reporting. Every automated decision carries a confidence score, an approval rule and an audit entry, and the model behind it can be switched.

Agents that price an order across supplier systems and send it out verified

Agents log into supplier portals and order configurators, pull current prices and lead times, evaluate every line against the margin floor, and send the client a verified order form. Lines under margin wait for a buyer.

FAQ

What happens when the AI is wrong?

Confidence thresholds, human approval steps and an audit log are part of the design, not an upgrade. Nothing high-stakes is fully automatic unless you decide it should be.

What will an AI system cost to run each month?

We model token and infrastructure cost in the prototype sprint and give you a monthly range before you commit to a build. Runaway cost is a design failure, not a surprise.

Can we leave you?

Yes. Everything is yours at delivery, documented, with a handover. The architecture is model-agnostic so you are not locked to a provider either.
